• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver hands‑on therapy services with care, consistency, and professionalism
• Adjust interventions based on resident progress and clinical feedback
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy-related services

• Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passion for helping others and working collaboratively
• Availability for full-time or part-time schedules
