Position Overview
As the Client Relations Director, you will lead general sales activity, sales communications, and marketing support within a specified territory. You will play a key role in educating patients, hospital staff, physicians, and community members about Aveanna Healthcare’s service menu, driving revenue growth, and working with location management to ensure profitability. This position provides an uncapped monthly commission plan.
Responsibilities- Market medical solutions to existing and potential referral sources to achieve established revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and develop relationships with key sales targets, including physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, DME and infusion companies.
- Conduct in‑services and represent the company at local, regional, and statewide trade shows and conferences as assigned.
- Develop and execute specific sales and market development plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to corporate management regarding sales activity and market development success.
- Represent the company within the healthcare community with professional decorum and respect for the patient‑care process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Ability to work comfortably in homes of families with limited resources.
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaboration with other departments and teams.
- Speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Travel frequently; no company vehicle or transportation provided. asional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds.
- Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
- Ability to sit, climb stairs, and maintain visual and hearing acuity.
- Function in a variety of environments with exposure to allergens and other conditions.
