Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

• Every other weekend schedule required

• Holiday coverage includes 2 major and 2 minor holidays

• Must have heparin IV administration experience

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and RN license

• Associate's degree in nursing or graduate of accredited nursing school required

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing program

• Direct patient care experience preferred

• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics

• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and shared governance activities

• Complete ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education

• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills
