Overview
New to ABA? We will pay you for your training, and provide you with the skills you need to become an RBT. Role:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist.
Location:
1230 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite B-10, Marietta, GA 30068
Salary: $39,520 to $52,000 per year, depending on experience working in applied behavior analysis.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:45pm. This is a great opportunity to start a meaningful career, learn from excellent behavioral clinicians, and maintain work/life balance. All therapists become RBTs within 3–4 weeks of joining the company. Therapeutic work is one-on-one and clinic-based, using the scientific principles of applied behavior analysis to help children with autism reach their full potential.
- Implement treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of Behavior Analysts
- Collect data throughout the day and adapt teaching methods to fit how the child learns
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism, ensuring sessions are engaging and effective
- Provide feedback regarding client progress to a Case Supervisor
- Write summaries about working with the child and progress

- High school diploma or higher with a desire to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis
- Basic understanding of technology (such as iPads and Microsoft Office)
- Ability to be coached and to be a positive role model for young children
- Physical ability to respond quickly, walk/jog/run short distances, stand for up to 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
