The Georgia Dental Association is seeking a highly organized and proactive Continuing Education Coordinator to support our statewide CE programs and ensure a seamless experience for members, instructors, and district leaders. This role manages daily CE communications and member inquiries and coordinates and owns the Expanded Duties/Coronal Polishing courses. It also manages district and study club CE certificate needs and assists with all aspects of GDA’s in‑person and virtual continuing education events.
The Continuing Education Coordinator monitors revenue and capacity targets and works closely with the Marketing Department to ensure all programs are promoted appropriately and reach the right audiences. The position also requires weekend availability for approximately 12-13 times per year to support in‑person CE events and programs.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable using and learning systems, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Responsibilities include maintaining CE‑inquiry inboxes, building and managing annual course schedules, monitoring class capacity and revenue targets, coordinating instructors and facilities, preparing course materials, supporting event logistics, processing certificates, and ensuring ADA CERP compliance. The role also provides support for the Phlebotomy program and participates in the office phone rotation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to write for multiple audiences and formats.
