- Current Georgia Occupational Therapist ( OT ) License
- One year of experience working in a Long‑term Care/Skilled Nursing community but willing to train new grads
- Experience working in a Person‑Directed Care community preferred
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong team work/collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
