Job Details Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the finance and accounting team, ensuring the team delivers high-quality service and support to the business.Develop and implement strategies for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company’s financial performance aligns with its strategic goals.Manage and optimize the company's working capital and cash forecasting processes.Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Implement strategies for DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) improvement and manage the company's B2B and franchise relationships.Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action.Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CPA or CFA) is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.Proven experience in B2B, Franchise, working capital, and cash forecasting.Demonstrated ability in DSO improvement.Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional looking to make an impact and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
