This is a high-visibility role where you will not only oversee accounting operations but act as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying cost savings and driving execution to hit aggressive EBIT targets.

The Impact You Will Make- Strategic Leadership: Serve on the Senior Leadership Team, proactively identifying financial risks and creating recovery plans to ensure we meet our annual growth commitments.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the integrity of financial statements across multiple sites, overseeing cost accounting systems and complex monthly consolidations.
- Growth & Integration: Lead financial due diligence and integration for new acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate opening balance sheets.
- Compliance & Control: Strengthen our internal control environment, maintaining rigorous SOX Section 404 compliance and coordinating with internal/external auditors.
- Systems Innovation: Act as a key stakeholder in ERP implementations and upgrades, ensuring our IT infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the business.
B.S. in Finance or Accounting required. MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience within a public, multi-site manufacturing environment.
Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and LIFO accounting. You have a proven track record of managing complex balance sheets and provision calculations.
- Base Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 (commensurate with experience and education).
- Performance Incentives:
Eligible for the Executive Bonus Plan (up to 25%–35% of base salary) and participation in our Long-Term Incentive Program. - Time Off: 120 hours of PTO annually plus 10–13 paid holidays.
