Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marietta, GA. The Universal Banker will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash and deposit transactions, and supporting the financial needs of clients, including loans. Key duties include managing day-to-day banking tasks, fostering client relationships, and cross-selling various bank products and services to meet client needs. The role requires the ability to work effectively with customers to provide tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Deposits and Cash Handling tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Loans and understanding financial products to support client needs
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related banking certifications are a plus
- Ability to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
