$130,000–$180,000 base + bonus potential

As the Controller, you will:

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, AP/AR, cost accounting, and revenue recognition

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and ensure GAAP compliance

• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis

• Manage audits, tax compliance, and relationships with external auditors and advisors

• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and scalable financial systems

We are open to a variety of strong backgrounds. Ideal Controller candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred)

• Progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibility
