An Andretti Dishwasher is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions support guests in various areas, follow Andretti Indoor Karting & Games high standards of quality guest satisfaction, and work to maintain a clean, safe environment.

• Clean all dishware and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Work closely with bussers and cooks to stock dishware and keep dish areas clean.
• Ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
• Understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain detailed cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas.
• Take out trash, replace trash bags and wash trash cans.
• Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers.
• Work as a team player in meeting guests’ needs and contribute to the efforts of other departments.
• Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.
• Adhere to proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.
• Display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Show eagerness to learn new skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

• Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to communicate quickly and accurately.
• The work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Be able to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
