Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading/facilitating teams in a Manufacturing Environment
- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment working cross‑functionally with other disciplines including design engineering, manufacturing planning, scheduling, facilities engineering, and/or industrial engineering
Selected candidate will serve as an Integrated Production Team (IPT) lead supporting a C‑130 production build area in Marietta, GA.
As the IPT lead, selected candidate will be the primary point of contact for the manufacturing engineering team and responsible for prioritizing and delegating tasks within the group as well as coordinating actions with various support organizations.
- Oversee all production engineering and other support organization activities for a specified area of production including processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, tooling requirements, root cause and corrective action activities, as well as all safety, affordability, and quality considerations.

Desired Skills- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering or STEM discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent experience
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Ability to manage priorities, make sound financial decisions and be flexible with schedule to support ever changing production needs
- Self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment with minimal supervision is required
- Successful experience in Project Management and/or Change Management
- Ability to mentor and teach individuals or small groups
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with aircraft manufacturing and assembly processes or fabrication processes
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills including oral, listening, technical writing and team building
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
