Key Responsibilities Develops and supervises engineering products to meet customer quality requirements, including defining problems and preparing budgets and schedules Produces detailed calculations, drawings, technical reports, and analyses related to drainage and irrigation designs Provides technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and lower-level Engineers, and may supervise project teams or specific disciplines
Required Qualifications 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 5 years or more of relevant experience in road and highway drainage design, preferably with state DOT projects EIT certification is required Proficiency in CAD and other engineering software is required
Experience with hydraulic modeling programs such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Bentley software is essential
