Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Experience with capacity requirement planning, manpower planning and/or crew planning
- Experience developing / interpreting metrics & using them to drive decisions (Tableau, Python, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Suite etc)
- Experience managing and effectively analyzing large amounts of data
Industrial Engineer responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of the F-35 production line. Candidate will produce and analyze metrics, develop crew plans, mentor supervisors & advise Production Operations leadership. Candidate will drive affordability through continuous improvement identification & estimation of potential savings ideas. Will be responsible for level-loading the production line and assuring appropriate resources are allocated to achieve cost & schedule goals.

Desired Skills- Bachelors degrees or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Aircraft production, business objects experience, manpower planning, capacity studies, and a secret clearance are a plus.
- Project management skills, i.e. working with resource loaded schedules.
- High energy and exceptional written / verbal communication skills.
