This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a reputable, fast growing Mechanical Contractor. A well‑established, industry leading mechanical contracting firm operating in the southeastern US is looking for a strong Project Manager. In this position you will be responsible for project management, estimating, and leading project teams.

You should have knowledge of the mechanical construction field with a strong background in HVAC, piping, design build and retrofitting.

In this role you will develop project plans, formulate design alternatives, produce conceptual and detailed cost estimates, interpret drawings and specifications, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people to achieve maximum efficiency.

• Experience in the Atlanta, Charlotte or Raleigh market preferred or large project experience
• The ability to participate in planning, formulating design alternatives, conceptual estimates and cost estimates
• Working knowledge of the mechanical trade and sales
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Ability to communicate with various levels
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
