You will be This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background. C-130J aircraft program experience is strongly desired. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the issues raised by the customer are worked promptly and within Engineering and Technology (E&T) allocated budget.
• Responsible for overseeing engineering tasking, budgets. and schedules of the sustainment and recurring engineering portion of the (Italy) LTS contract.
• Will represent AMMM E&T as the primary point of contact for all engineering issues discussed/submitted.
• Must ensure successful execution of Italy tasking as well as development and monitoring of additional proposals for effort outside of the planned budget.
• Ensure proper coordination of responses within the Marietta PFTs support teams.
• Must be able to successfully manage and motivate small and large teams within and across PFT's.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required.
• Some travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or a Technical Degree with 8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or sustainment
• Experience in design, troubleshooting, and/or aircraft systems or structure
• Project Management experience leading a cross functional team on a sustainment program
Desired

Skills:

• C-130J aircraft experience

• Software, Avionics, or Aircraft experience

• EVMS or Cost/Schedule Principles experience

• Proposal Development experience

• Experience with Contracts Language

• Technical Supplier/Sub-Contract Management and Integration experience

• Experience coordinating across a large range of Stakeholders

• Risk/Opportunity Identification experience

• Knowledge of AM (Italy) Program level experience is a plus.
• Program experience with AM (Italy)
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
