Environmental Department Manager – Due Diligence

• Manage the department for growth with an emphasis on business development and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of environmental technicians and project managers, supervising at least two full‑time employees.
• Oversee environmental services projects, conduct report reviews, and prepare proposals for environmental services.
• Manage departmental P&L, assist senior staff with marketing efforts, and maintain and develop client relationships.
• Supervise employee performance and daily departmental operations.
• Perform report preparation and project management duties as needed.

• BS in Geology or a related environmental science discipline; MS preferred.
• 5‑10 years of experience in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
