You will be a U-2 Degrader Action Cell Lead - Level
4. What You Will Be Doing As a U-2 Degrader Action Cell Lead (DAC) - Level 4, you will be responsible for collaborating across engineering, logistics, and program teams to implement strategic actions that enhance fleet availability and reduce life cycle costs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Leading cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost-reduction initiatives for the U-2 fleet.
- Investigating and analyzing performance degraders, supply chain posture, and maintenance practices to recommend actionable solutions.
- Supporting the development and optimization of maintenance plans, including updates to existing procedures and documentation.
- Driving project life cycles end-to-end - from identification and triage, through solution development, implementation, and closure.
- Preparing and delivering high-level briefings to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Clearly communicating technical analysis, project impacts, associated risks, and expected efficiencies. Further Information About This Opportunity This position can be performed in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale. or Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must hold a Final DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years prior to start.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent technical education and/or aircraft experience.

- Demonstrated use and understanding of Project Management and/or technical skills to lead and conduct analysis of complex sustainment/engineering/supply chain issues.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet program or project schedule milestones.
Desired

Skills:

- Previous experience with aircraft platforms preferred not required.

- Experience with Root Cause, Corrective Actions (Six Sigma), or similar and performing analysis based on findings.

- Understanding of Aircraft performance metrics, Supply status reporting and parts performance indicators (Production/Maintenance Control).

- Experience with analysis tools, SFM, SAP, data management, or comparative analysis.

- Proficient with work flow management tools (Jira, Confluence, Tableau).
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
