placed us here to serve as His beacon to our community, our city, and our world. Throughout our years of ministry, God has continued to build within us a foundation of vibrant and
growing worship, youth ministry, Christian education, missions and fellowship programs. Today, we are a Christ-filled community of believers seeking the individual whom God has
prepared to serve as our next full-time Director of Youth and College Ministries.

Candidates for this position are experienced ministry leaders who are passionate about Christ and excited to disciple and lead ministry to younger generations.
Other qualifications include the following:

• A heart for ministering to youth, college-aged students, and their families
• A growing and deepening faith in Jesus Christ
• Experience coming alongside those who are spiritually seeking
• Biblical teaching experience
• A commitment to team ministry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• A self-starter who welcomes a challenge
• Experience planning events and activities
• Experience recruiting and equipping ministry team volunteers
• A college graduate preferably with education and training in biblical studies
• A willingness to embrace our denomination’s Constitution, including our Essential Tenets, Polity, and Rules of Discipline. Our denomination is ECO, the Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians.

Located in East Cobb, Marietta, our church is in the northern arc of greater Atlanta which provides the excitement of a close proximity to the “Big Apple of the South” and the allure of suburban neighborhoods and convenient shopping. Cobb County offers world class Education, exceptional Medical Care, and a mix of Sports, Entertainment, Culture, and History.
