Manager, Physician Substitute role at ADMA Biologics, Inc.
The Physician Substitute Manager is part of the site leadership team, promoting company culture and enforcing company standards and expectations within all areas of the center. This position is directly responsible for providing supervision to all Physician Substitutes within the plasma collection center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, performance evaluations, time and attendance oversight, and corrective actions as necessary.
The Manager must ensure competency of all medical staff and enforce Physician Substitute adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA guidance, and regulations when determining donor acceptability. They will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Center Licensed Physician(s) as needed, oversee reviews of normal donor laboratory tests and proper management of abnormal results, and work 85% of the time in the production area to address production, staffing, quality, and personnel issues.
The Physician Substitute Manager reports directly to the Center Director for day-to-day management and leadership.
