Position Overview:
The Concierge and Errand Running Professional offers white‑glove customer service to our Wellstar Health client via face‑to‑face interaction, email and phone. You will provide prompt, courteous and customer‑oriented service to Wellstar Health employees. You will assist our client with a wide range of services from fielding MSNBC …and more. Position requires travel in the assigned city and surrounding areas.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) opportunity, offering a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
Compensation is hourly at $20 per hour.
Job Responsibilities- Provide uncompromising service to Wellstar employees by arranging personal and convenience services.
- Run local errands surrounding Wellstar Health locations.
- Order food from local restaurants for delivery.
- Order flowers and gifts.
- Eligible to become a Notary Public for the State of Georgia. ⦅
- Project an approachable and professional image at all times.
- Promote meaningful relationships through engaging and informed conversation with employees via face‑to‑face interaction, phone and e‑mail.
- Track accomplishments and challenges, constantly evaluating the service levels and reporting to manager.
- Maintain a general understanding of events occurring on the properties.
- Respond to employee requests in a professional, courteous and timely manner, without exception.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Able to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily.
- Ability to meet/exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to schedule.

HS diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Required /completion preferred- 2 years of customer service experience; prior front‑desk, concierge or other hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, internet searching, and keyboarding.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to provide quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation.
