Herbert Construction Company is looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to drive new business for our concrete construction services across Metro Atlanta.

If you thrive in an autonomous environment where your income is directly tied to your hustle, this is the role for you. We provide the reputation and the operational excellence; you provide the contracts.

• Unlimited Earning Potential: This is a 100% commission-based role with a highly competitive percentage per project. There is no cap on what you can earn.
• Established Reputation: Sell for a trusted name in Georgia concrete construction. We have the crews and the equipment to back up your promises.
• Flexibility: Manage your own schedule. Whether you’re at a job site in Marietta or networking in Buckhead, you run your own desk.

• Identify and pursue new residential and commercial concrete projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, homebuilders, and developers.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with our estimating team to deliver winning bids.
• Close deals and serve as the primary point of contact for clients through the contract phase.

• Proven Sales Track Record: You know how to find leads, build rapport, and close.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction, building materials, or real estate is a major plus.
• Local Expertise: A solid understanding of the Metro Atlanta market.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You don't need a "boss" to tell you to get to work; you’re driven by the scoreboard and your paycheck.
