Light Industrial Superintendent

Notable and well-established General Contractors are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead field operations on ground-up commercial and light industrial construction projects.

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily jobsite activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Oversee daily construction operations including scheduling, manpower coordination, material delivery, and site logistics.
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to maintain productivity, safety, and quality performance.
• Develop and maintain short-term look‑ahead schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Review construction documents to plan sequencing, staffing, and execution strategies.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain clear communication throughout construction.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground‑up commercial or light industrial projects.
• Experience with distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or cold storage facilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and blueprint interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades in an active construction environment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel
