** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
** Continuous Improvement Intern
** to support our process improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to document, analyze, and visualize business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist in documenting current-state (“as-is”) business processes through interviews, workshops, and data review
* Create clear and accurate process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar
* Support analysis of process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and redundancies
* Help develop future-state (“to-be”) process maps and improvement recommendations
* Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to validate process flows
* Prepare presentations and summary reports for project updates
** Required Qualifications
*** Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into visual diagrams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Familiarity with process mapping or improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN)
* Experience with process mapping or diagramming tools
* Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement
** Learning Opportunities
*** Hands-on experience with real-world business processes
* Exposure to process improvement frameworks and best practices
