Account manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee existing client accounts and develop relationships with prospective clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating transportation solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. The role also requires close collaboration with the logistics and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Account management, customer service, and client relationship-building skills
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes
• Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and logistics tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales or business development is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
