Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Master Automotive Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using your extensive knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations tailored to each guest's concerns.
- Conduct thorough and honest digital vehicle inspections.
- Continuously expand your automotive expertise across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
- Uphold our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Treat guests and team members with respect and integrity.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- 3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Diesel and Euro experience is a plus, but not required.
- The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
In this role, you will need to:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Exhibit dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer and/or tablet.
