Nalley Infiniti of Marietta, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 85 stores and over 29 brands, is currently seeking an Experienced Service Advisor with a proven track record.

We are looking for experienced service advisors to join our team and support our state-of-the-art service facilities.

Position: Experienced Service Advisors

Compensation: Minimum base with percentage of overall service

We run a large volume, so there is always opportunity to earn great, steady income for our advisors.

• Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
• Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
• Conducting post-repair follow up
• Resolving customer complaints
• Continue to maintain Nalley’s value, quality, and integrity

• Ability to work hard with limited supervision
• Service Advisor experience heavily preferred
• Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
• Must have great customer service skills
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (Background & Drugs)
