Student Affairs Administrative Specialist (part-time)
DESCRIPTION:
MAJOR DUTIES:
The Student Affairs Administrative Specialist provides operational support the Division of Student Affairs. Provides administrative services in support of the VP of Student Affairs, including but not limited to producing purchase orders, confirming the receipts of orders, communicating with the purchasing team, booking rooms, performing event planning support functions, confirming participants’ attendance, booking travel arrangements and preparing various reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree and/or three (3) years of administrative support experience.
Salary–$19.00 per hour. There are no State of Georgia benefits associated with this position. Please be aware that Chattahoochee Tech employees will be paid by direct deposit, unless exempted by the State Accounting Office based on “hardship” evidence provided by the employee.
TELEWORK:Limited telework may eventually be allowed at the supervisor’s discretion.
