- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail, while distributing interoffice mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage inventory and place orders for office supplies
- Track and update case expenses as necessary
- Ensure all mail is sent properly and timely
- Route calls as expected
- Send mass text messages to clients
- Follow up with clients regarding reviews*
- Other support tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Day shift)
Customer service: 3 years (Required)
