Senior Accountant

Are you an ambitious accounting professional looking for a role with real upward mobility? We’re searching for a driven Senior AR/AP Accountant who is eager to learn, take ownership, improve processes, and grow into an Assistant Controller — with a long‑term plan to eventually step into the Controller role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling organization where you’ll immediately own key parts of AR/AP and progressively take on higher-level responsibilities within the accounting function.

Accounts Payable (AP) — 1/3 of role

• Manage vendor onboarding, invoice intake, approvals, and coding
• Process payments via ACH, wires, and checks
• Maintain accurate documents and ensure adherence to controls
• Oversee AP inbox and coordinate with internal teams
• Work within and other AP tools

Accounts Receivable (AR) — 1/3 of role

• Issue customer invoices
• Track collections and follow up as needed
• Support AR processes through Ariba
• Match POs to bills, review, and approve

General Accounting & Operations — 1/3 of role

• Answer internal questions from sales reps
• Update and modify POs; attach required documentation
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Support journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Assist with month‑end close
• Prepare schedules for tax, audit, and external partners
• Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc analysis
• Gradually assume additional responsibilities from the Controller as you grow
