Accountants One is working with a repeat client in Peachtree Corners that needs a Part-Time Accounting Assistant. This client has a wonderful company culture and offers a flexible schedule.
This position will support the accounting team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, administrative work, and data entry. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations.
Responsibilities- Process and code Accounts Payable invoices
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and payment posting
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Support vendor inquiries and resolve basic discrepancies
- Assist with filing, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Provide ad‑hoc support to the accounting team as needed
- Prior experience in AP, accounting support, or bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with data entry and routine accounting tasks
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
