Position Overview:

The Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting and maintaining accurate records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel & Quickbooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
