We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and support our growing construction team. • $80,000–$90,000 base salary

• Prior experience in the construction industry is required
• Skilled in AR/AP, payroll, financial reconciliations, and tax preparation (but not filing)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to building strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across departments
• Ability to train 1-2 days a week in Madison, GA for the first few months

• Experience with accounting and construction software systems (e.g., Quick Books or similar)
• Degree in accounting or a related field preferred, but not required
• Problem solver, critical thinker, team player
