Vaco has partnered with a growing company to fill an open Accounts Receivable Specialist opportunity. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for generating and processing customer invoices, applying and reconciling customer payments, maintaining accurate accounts receivable aging, and communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances. This role supports month-end and year-end close activities, assists with audit documentation, and works closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes.

- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
