SEC Reporting Manager

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $/yr

• Prepare and review 10‑Q, 10‑K, and 8‑K filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Research and document technical accounting positions on complex transactions.
• Monitor and implement new accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal control documentation (SOX).
• Liaise with external auditors on SEC reporting and technical accounting matters.
• Determine and report Non‑GAAP financial measures.
• Identify and automate manual reporting processes (Workiva, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on accounting projects and process improvements.
• Supervise or mentor team members in reporting and accounting areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
  Master’s/MBA preferred.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
• Hands‑on experience preparing or reviewing SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K).
• Familiarity with financial reporting systems (Workiva, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion).
