Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, flexible and motivated Registered Nurse to join our forward-thinking ward at Spencer Private Hospital in Margate.
Working closely with a team of individuals who provide a professional and competent service in the delivery of health care across the company, you'll play a key role in supporting patients who access our services for elective clinical procedures. Delivering and evaluating high standards of evidence based care to a diverse group of individuals.
The ward delivers high quality care across a broad range of specialities including, Orthopaedic, general surgery and Gynaecology services.
Our sites are based within EKHUFT and this position is working at the Margate site.

Main duties of the jobJOB PURPOSE
To actively participate in the delivery of a high standard of vital patient centred care in a compassionate and caring manner
To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate these without supervision
To practice in accordance with the NMC codes, The Code (2018) and any other mandatory or organisational standards
To participate in and contribute to the implementation of change strategies aimed at improving professional practice and the overall efficiency of the ward or department
To participate within a team led environment to the smooth running of the ward and the positive experience of patients that embraces a positive provision of services

Work in partnership with East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust in provision of care
