Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) looking for a fulfilling night shift role in a supportive environment? We are seeking a Night Nurse to join our team at our well-established nursing home in Thanet, Kent
.

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Administering medication and treatments in line with care plans
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents overnight
• Supporting and supervising care staff, promoting best practices
• Updating care records and liaising with families and healthcare professionals

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting (preferred)
• A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
