Academics have been approached by a school in Margate who require a teacher of History to join them in April 2026 until the end of the academic year. There is a strong possibility this period will be extended into the new academic year or turn into a permanent role.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Candidates must be able to teach across the ability and age range, supporting the development of History to the highest standards for all pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified teacher (QTS - PGCE,

B.Ed, GTP);
Bring an unwavering commitment to promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning across the department and the academy;
