Five Star Valet , Southwest Florida's premier luxury valet & parking provider, welcomes you to apply for: Seasonal Shuttle Van Driver on Marco Island, FL.

The Employee Shuttle Driver will drive employees directly to and from their residence and private club work location in a 13-passenger van. They will regularly respond to passenger questions, issues and problems regarding transportation. They must always maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor. Our top priority is safety, therefore obeying all traffic rules and regulations consistently is a requirement to ensure a safe, accident-free trip.

$20 per hour

Shift starts and ends at Hideaway Beach Club on Marco Island, FL 34145
(Five Star Valet office is in Naples, FL 34109)

Part-time, 27+ hours a week
Seasonal through May 2025

We are looking for someone who can drive 3 days per week 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday - Sunday. The 3 work days will change weekly, so we require someone with a flexible schedule. There is also the opportunity to pick up 8:00pm - 11:00pm shifts if desired, though it's not required.

• Safety First!
• Transport assigned passengers to and from residence and work location with the same 2 continuous stops
• Communicate accurately and effectively with passengers and co-workers alike
• Respond accurately and completely to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide services required
• Open vehicles and clubhouse doors to assist passengers
• Maintain the van; gas & cleanliness; filling in daily reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis
• Use Google maps effectively
• Any other duties as assigned
• Must be comfortable wearing a mask for the entire shift if requested

• Driver's license for 4 years or more
• At least 21 years old
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record and pass a background and DMV check
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, patrons and management with English language proficiency
• Employees must have a smart mobile phone with access to internet and email
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit/drive for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures
• Previous shuttle driving experience is desired, but not required
