Produce-Floral Manager

Southeastern Grocers -  - Responsibilities:
Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated and ensure department is merchandised per plan.;
Lead and develop department staff, hire as needed, manage performance and scheduling for peak hours.;
Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks and maintain inventory accuracy to minimize shrink.;
Train department associates on freshness, inventory, stocking, ordering, and shelf conditioning; ensure product availability and quality.;
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (USDA, COOL, DOA) and safety policies; execute product recalls as needed.
