This is an in‑office position located at one of the following branches:
- 1118 N Collier Blvd, Unit 206 & 207, Marco Island, FL 34145
- 5000 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34103
- 5237 Summerlin Commons Blvd, Ste 204, Fort Myers, FL
- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title.
- Communicate regularly with customers.li include during the escrow process flow.
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
- Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
- Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Problem‑solver with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, a natural curiosity, and an eagerness to learn.
- Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations.
- Knowledge of the MS Office tamm suiteացի and ability to quickly adapt to new softwareчера applications and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years escrow‑related experience preferred.
