Warehouse & Stock Co‑Ordinator - Plants Division
Location:
Cambridgeshire
Salary:
Up to £30,000
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm
The Technical Coordinator supports the Technical Manager (Plants) in delivering day‑to‑day technical governance, specification control, and complaint data management across the Plants division.
This role provides structured administrative and analytical support to ensure:
- Customer specifications are accurate and maintained.
- Raw material and finished goods documentation is up to date.
- Complaint data is logged, sorted, and analysed effectively.
- Technical records and systems remain audit‑ready.
The position acts as the operational backbone of the Plants Technical function, ensuring accuracy, organisation and responsiveness across technical processes.
Key Responsibilities Specification Management- Support the creation, maintenance and control of finished goods and raw material specifications.
- Ensure specification updates are implemented in customer portals and internal systems.
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation aligns with current customer requirements.
- Assist with labelling and artwork checks where required.
- Log, categorise and track customer complaints relating to products.
- Support analysis of complaint trends and root cause themes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly complaint summaries for the Technical Manager.
- Assist in tracking corrective actions and follow‑up requirements.
- Maintain technical files, supplier documentation and audit‑ready records.
- Support traceability exercises and documentation checks.
- Coordinate technical paperwork for audits, customer visits and seasonal reviews.
- Ensure internal trackers (e.g., concessions, rejections, non‑conformances) are updated.
- Work closely with Quality and Production teams to ensure documentation aligns with live operations.
- Liaise with central Technical Services and Data teams for system updates and support.
- Assist with new product launches by ensuring all technical documentation is complete and accurate.
