Purpose:

This role manages the quality, safety, and health side of the business, ensuring systems are coordinated so that products and services meet the highest quality standards. The role ensures working conditions are safe for all employees, visitors, and sub-contractors, while leading the management team in compliance.

Safety Systems:
Ensure safe management systems are in place (Method statements, SSOW reviews, site inspections, and planned maintenance). Legislation:
Advise line management and implement new SHEQ legislation, rules, and company standards. Risk Assessment:
Facilitate all forms of risk assessment (COSHH, manual handling, fire, etc.) and act as the final authority on specialist responses. Environment:
Work toward ISO:14001 (by Dec 2027) and support the 'road to net zero' project and sustainability data. Quality & Audit Management:
Accreditations:
Manage preparations for annual H&S and Quality audits, including BRC, TASCC, and SEDEX. Internal Audits:
Conduct internal audits and manage the internal audit team.
