Service Manager – Agricultural Industry

Role Overview :

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the Service Department, managing staff, customer relations, and departmental performance. You’ll ensure technicians are fully supported, customers are satisfied, and targets are met.

Key

Skills & Experience:

Strong background in agricultural machinery;
Tractors, Combines and other farm machinery
Previous management or supervisory experience
Confident in leading, mentoring, and motivating a technical team
Knowledge of KPIs, profit/loss and manufacturer warranty systems
Excellent communicator with the ability to manage customers and staff professionally
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

42/week, Monday–Friday (additional peak hours and alternate Saturdays)
Salary:
Disclosed on Application+ Company vehicle + Profit-related bonus
