• Support individuals based on their own needs, including personal care and manual handling.
• Assist with daily routines and participate in activities such as shopping, meals out, and nature walks.
• Use a person‑centred, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to help manage challenging behaviours.

• Part‑time and relief roles available; flexibility in hours is essential.
• Shifts vary between 7am and 10pm.

• Enhanced DBS check and suitable references required.
• Equality Act 2010 compliance.
• Legal right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
