• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
• Manage appointment scheduling using POS systems to ensure efficient service delivery
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Provide product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking merchandise as needed
• Assist in supervising junior staff members to ensure smooth salon operations
• Address client inquiries over the phone with excellent phone etiquette
• Support sales initiatives through effective merchandising strategies

• Previous experience in a retail or salon environment is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is essential
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele
• Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus
• Basic knowledge of retail math and sales techniques will be beneficial
