We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

This Mass General Brigham practice provides Primary Care services. Our primary care physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. We are located at 1 Widger Road Marblehead, MA 01945.

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour RN to support our practice on site. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This RN will perform traditional clinical duties including phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in-basket management. The practice is supported by a collaborative team of 5 physicians, 3 RNs, 7 medical assistants, and 7 front desk staff.

Each RN is responsible for supporting a designated group of physicians. Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Does this position require Patient Care? Yes

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education Associate's Degree Nursing Required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred

Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No

Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse (RN - Massachusetts) required. Basic Life Support (BLS Certification) preferred.

Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
