The YMCA of the North Shore is hiring energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic Camp Counselors for Summer 2026 at our Marblehead locations. Choose your summer adventure:

Spend your summer on a one‑of‑a‑kind island in Marblehead Harbor—complete with a daily ferry ride on the Hannah Glover. This rustic ocean oasis offers swimming, sailing, wakeboarding, kayaking, environmental science with our Island Rangers program, arts & crafts, gaga pit, and more.

Support a dynamic day camp program by leading gymnastics, sports, swimming, and engaging group activities that create lasting memories for campers.

• Lead games, activities, and outdoor adventures
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for campers
• Support youth development through teamwork, creativity, and fun

• Camp Counselors must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Preferred work schedule is Monday‑Friday (5 days) throughout the camp season, 8am‑5pm
• Must have reliable transportation to ensure the ability to commute to and arrive at camp on time daily
• Mandatory Spring training will be required—save the date of May 16th, 2025
