About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Web Technologist who is as comfortable in a code editor as they are in a CRM. This role is designed for a technical Rev Ops professional who understands that the website is the most important piece of the marketing stack.

Your background should reflect a unique hybrid of full-stack engineering discipline and a strategic growth mindset. You are someone who enjoys "under the hood" work - tinkering with web development, managing scripts, and ensuring our web-to-lead architecture is seamless. Beyond just writing code, you will be responsible for architecting the data bridges between our web properties and our CRM, ensuring that every script, API integration, and server-side validation is built for both performance and scalability.

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, web development, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Management: Manage and continuously optimize all marketing web properties (websites, micro-sites, landing pages) through full stack development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Server-side logic), CMS architecting, technical SEO & tracking implementation and governance to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Web-to-Lead Architecture: Manage the technical hand-off between our website and Salesforce. You’ll ensure forms, tracking pixels, and data enrichment tools are configured correctly, often requiring API integration and server-side validation logic.

  • Mar Tech Orchestration: Own the configuration and troubleshooting of our marketing tech stack. This involves writing and maintaining custom scripts and microservices to integrate various platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for technical issues that require a bridge between Marketing and Engineering.

    Technical Troubleshooting: Use your understanding of the web (inspecting elements, checking console errors, testing API hooks, reviewing server logs) to diagnose issues with landing pages or automation flows.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in Marketing / Sales / Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Web Proficiency: Experience working with modern web frameworks such as Next.js. You should have experience building or maintaining production-ready full stack web applications, feel comfortable navigating a CMS, and have strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Dev Stack: Comfortable with using git, following development best practices including testing (unit, integration), CI/CD etc. Experience working with LLM-assisted development. Familiarity with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP) and database fundamentals (e.g., Postgre

    SQL, Mongo

  • Growth Experimenting: Running web experiments for optimizing conversion rates on our marketing web properties, which includes implementing and testing both front-end UI changes and associated back-end logic/tracking.

  • Problem‑Solving: A "builder" mindset. You enjoy finding the most efficient way to automate a manual task, often requiring developing and deploying custom scripts or services.

Preferred Skills
  • Web Growth Toolkit: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) logic and JavaScript for tracking/triggers.
