• Honours Degree in Drama or a related field
• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent UK or international experience teaching Drama up to IGCSE and A Level or equivalent

• Proven track record of raising standards of attainment in Drama
• Outstanding teaching ability with strong pedagogical skills
• Commitment to curriculum innovation and creative approaches to learning
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create stimulating learning environments
• Enthusiasm and a positive approach to working with pupils
• Reflective practitioner who continually strives to improve performance
• Keen interest in the personal development and pastoral care of pupils
• Experience as an effective form tutor (or equivalent)
• Willingness to contribute to the extra‑curricular life of the school, including directing and supporting school productions
